The friendly and attentive staff, particularly the kind gestures of the woman at the front desk, made me feel truly valued as a guest.The absence of modern amenities like a fridge or air conditioning was more than compensated for by the hotel's well-maintained vintage charm, which transported me back to a bygone era of Italian elegance.
